The information is used to review whether the current OutcomeClear audit is a fit for your use case and to follow up about the request you submitted.
The public form is not intended for audit evidence. If an audit proceeds, evidence requirements and an appropriate transfer method will be agreed separately. Remove unnecessary identifying information wherever possible.
No specific retention period, certification, subprocessor list or legal assurance is claimed on this page. Those operational details should be added when they are formally established.
